Meatball Stroganoff

Category: Red Meat Main Dishes
Ingredients:

1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, finely chopped
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper
1/8 t. nutmeg
1/8 t. cloves
1 cup water
1 beef bouillon cube
2 T. flour
2 T. water
1 t. dry mustard
1 cup sour cream or IMO

Preparation - Directions:

Mix first 6 ingredients and roll into balls and fry until nicely browned. Pour out grease and add the cup of water and bouillon cube. Mix flour, water and mustard into a paste, then add to liquids in pan and stir well. Put the meatballs into the pan and finish cooking. Just before serving, add the sour cream and stir well.
