| Ingredients: | Juice and rind of 2 lemons |
| Preparation - Directions: | Mix sugar and juice, blend in the flour. Add beaten egg yolk, then milk and then stiffly beaten egg whites and the pinch of salt. Mix together. Pour into a buttered, 1 quart baking dish. Set in a pan of warm water and bake in a 275° oven for 1 hour. |
