Lemon Apple Cheesecake
1-2/3 cup evaporated milk, chilled until icy

Cheesecake: Mix lemon jello and gelatin. Add boiling water and stir until dissolved. Cool. Combine cream cheese and sugar; beat until fluffy. Stir in applesauce, vanilla and cooled jello mixture. Chill until well thickened.
