Kona Chicken

Ingredients:

1 cut up chicken
4 T. Chinese Five Spices
4 T. honey
1 small can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 lg. clove garlic, chopped fine
1/2 cup Kikkomen milder soy sauce

Preparation - Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°. Arrange half the chicken in baking dish. Sprinkle heavily with Chinese Five Spices. Drip 2 tablespoons honey over. Coat with orange juice concentrate. Repeat for top layer. Sprinkle with garlic and pour soy sauce over. Cover and bake 30 minutes; uncover and bake 30 minutes more. Serves four generously.
