Irish Cream Cream Puff Ring |

| Ingredients: | 1 cup water |
| Preparation - Directions: | Grease and flour a large baking sheet. Trace an 8-inch circle on the sheet. In medium saucepan heat water, butter, sugar and salt to full boil. Sir in flour. Cook, stirring until paste forms a ball and leaves the sides of the pan. Remove from heat. By hand, beat in eggs one at a time, until paste is smooth and shiny. Spoon around inside line of circle trying to mound the dough high instead of wide. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake in pre-heated oven at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes, checking frequently, until browned and firm. Place on rack to cool. Make cream filling. |
