Green Chili & Rice Casserole

9 c cooked rice
|Preparation - Directions:||
Preheat oven to 375°. Spray 13 inch by 9 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Microwave cream cheese briefly to soften. Mix cream cheese and sour cream together. Spread rice in baking dish to create a 1-1/2 inch layer. Cover rice with a thin layer of cream cheese/sour cream mixture. Cover that with a layer of salsa. Add chili slices to create moderate coverage of salsa layer. Add another 1-1/2 inch layer of rice and follow above layering directions. Third layer of rice is topped with salsa and mozzarella. Bake for 30 minutes.
