| Ingredients: | 2 T. salad oil |
| Preparation - Directions: | In a frying pan or chafing dish, combine the salad oil and onions; cook until soft (do not brown), stirring. Blend in the flour, gradually add the chicken broth, then the sour cream. Heat until boiling and slightly thickened. Add the green chiles and pimentos, then gradually add the cheese, stirring constantly until melted. To serve, keep warm in chafing dish. Serve with tortilla chips. |
