Frosty Chocolate Cream

Ingredients:

1-1/2 cup crushed chocolate wafers
1/2 cup melted margarine
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1 t. vanilla
2 egg yolks, beaten
6 oz. chocolate chips, melted
2 egg whites
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Preparation - Directions:

Combine chocolate wafters and melted margarine. Pack in 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 325° for 10 minutes.
Mix together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Blend in 2 beaten egg yolks and melted chocolate chips.
Beat egg whites with sugar until soft peaks form. Fold into above mixture.
Fold in whipped cream. Fold in 3/4 cup chopped pecans, if desired. Spoon mixture into cooled crust. Freeze until firm. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
