2 lb. pkg. of frozen hashbrowns1 can cream of potato soup
|Preparation - Directions:||
Mix well all ingredients except potatoes then pour over partially frozen potatoes. Mix well. Butter a 13 inch by 9 inch by 2 inch casserole dish. Pour mixture into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° for 1-1/2 hours. Stir occasionally and sprinkle more paprika each time. Sprinkle with paprika before serving. Serves 8 to 10.
