Crockpot Teriyaki Chicken/Rice

Ingredients:

1 whole chicken cut in pieces
1 to 1-1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup wine or sherry
2-1/2 cup cooked brown rice
1 can chicken broth mixed with 2/3 cups water
dash of pepper
Optional:
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup sliced onion

Preparation - Directions:

Marinate chicken pieces in teriyaki sauce and wine overnight. Drain off extra sauce and place chicken in crockpot with all other ingredients. Also add 1/4 cp of drained off sauce. Cook on low 8 to 9 hours (or on high for 4 hours). Generous servings for 4.
