Chili Cheese Casserole

2 4 oz. cans diced green chilies
|Preparation - Directions:||
Combine cheeses and chilies. Spread in buttered shallow (approximately 8 inch by 12 inch) casserole. Combine yolks and milk, flour, salt and pepper. Mix well. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour egg mixture over cheese. Bake 325° 30 minutes. Remove and arrange tomatoes on top. Bake approximately 20 to 30 minutes longer. To serve cut in squares. Serves 4 to 6.
