Aloha Bread

Ingredients:

2 cups flour, unsifted
/2 t. salt
1 t. baking soda
2 t. baking powder
1 cup mashed banana
1 cup crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1 t. grated orange peel
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 beaten eggs
1 t. vanilla

Preparation - Directions:

Combine flour, soda, salt and baking powder. Set aside. Cream sugar and butter. Add fruit alternately with flour mixture. Add eggs and mix until smooth, using slow speed on mixer. Add vanilla. Pour into greased 9 inch by 5 inch loaf pan or two small pans. Bake 350° 60 to 70 for 9 inch by 5 inch pan; 40 to 50 minutes for small pans. Cool.
