4 cups corn chips (reserve 1/2 cup crushed chips)

Saute onion in margarine. Combine eggs, cottage cheese, seasonings and chilis. Place 1/2 of chips in buttered 10 inch pie plate. Layer with half of onion, half egg mixture and 1 cup shredded jack cheese. Repeat layers. Bake covered 25 minutes at 350°. Spread 3/4 cup sour cream over top and sprinkle 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Sprinkle reserved crushed chips over all. Bake uncovered 5 minutes. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Cut into wedges. 4 to 5 servings.
