What’s open, closed for Presidents Day

Monday, Feb. 18, is Presidents Day and most government agencies will be closed.

Most Sonoma County offices will be closed. The City of Sonoma offices are closed.

Because it is closed on Monday anyway, the Sonoma Valley Regional Library will be closed Saturday, Feb. 16.

The Sonoma County Transit Agency will operate on a Saturday schedule.

Schools in the Sonoma Valley Unified School district are closed today, Friday, Feb. 15, and Monday, Feb. 18.

The offices of the Valley of the Moon Water District are closed.

There is no mail service. All banks are closed.

The Index-Tribune offices will be closed for the holiday.

Refuse pickup will not be affected by the holiday in either the City of Sonoma or in the county. Trash will be picked up on normal days next week.
