Two large, dead men

  I don’t personally know Jan. 18 Valley Forum-writer Mary Morrongiello (“Cost of lost liberty is loss of life”), and even if I did it would not be right to try to judge the extent of her fear or her conviction that it is necessary for her to have a weapon to defend herself. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

  But I, for one, am glad she did not have any of her guns with her that August evening because there probably would be two more, large dead men, and Ms. Morrongiello would be even more sure that guns were the only thing that could have saved her life that night.
