Pancakes for a song this Sunday

 

The Sonoma Valley Music Department’ brings back its popular pancake breakfast, which this year carries the theme “Celebrate Music!” The fourth annual event is being held on Sunday, Feb. 3, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Sonoma Valley Veterans Memorial Building, 126 First St. W.

  The day will include a full breakfast with blueberry pancakes and sausage. Attendess will also be treated to a musical show throughout the breakfast from the talented music students. Then, at 1 p.m., Elan with Mad and Eddie Duran will be jamming up the afternoon. In continuing the tradition of the initial fundraising pancake breakfast, this year’s event was planned by Jessica Mossmayer as her senior project.

The $10 tickets are available outside Whole Foods Market Sonoma on Saturday, Feb. 2, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; at Readers’ Books and the Sonoma Valley High School office, and at the door. All proceeds will benefit the music department at the high school.
