Jennie M. Bruning

Jennie Bruning, 83, passed away on Feb. 6, 2013.  Jennie was born and raised in New Orleans, La.  She lived on Sonoma Mountain with her husband, Paul, for 50 years. 

Jennie was an active Jehovah’s Witness for 70 years.  She also enjoyed sharing her bargain buys and tasty treats with her friends.  Everyone who associated with her has a funny Jennie story to remember her by. She will be greatly missed.

Jennie is survived by her son, Doyle Bruning; her sister, Christine Mastainich; her brother, William Chryssovergis; and many nieces, nephews and countless dear friends. 

Family and friends are welcome to attend a memorial event for Jennie at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 16, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 615 Fifth St. W., Sonoma.
