It’s launch time

Sonoma Charter School teacher Jim Caruso follows the flight of tennis balls that were launched as part of a science project last week at the school. Caruso’s eighth-grade physical science students teamed up, made catapults and launched tennis balls to conduct a number of experiments. The students showed off their creations at the beginning of the school day on Feb. 1.
