Donation to Sister Cities

Last week, Buena Vista Winery presented the Sonoma-Tokaj Sister City Committee with a check for $5,796. The winery sponsors that committee. From left to right are Cecily Wallis, Sylvia Toth, Sandor Farkas and Bill Boerum, all with Sister Cities, and Count Agoston Hazarsthy (George Webber) and Tom Blackwood with the winery. The money came from sales of The Count: Founder’s Red Wine sold in the tasting room. The money will be used, for among other things, a winemaker exchange program this year between Sonoma and Tokaj, Hungary.
