Child molest suspect enters not-guilty plea

Accused child-molester Kenneth Donald Hutchins, 64, of Sonoma, entered a not-guilty plea to all counts in a court appearance on Wednesday.

Hutchins was charged with eight felony child abuse counts after he was arrested in January. He is being held without bail.

Among the charges Hutchins is facing are sexual acts with a child 10 year old or younger, oral copulation, lewd and lascivious acts on a child under 14.

He returns to court at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 25, for a readiness conference.
