Academy Awards party returns

 

The Sonoma Film Society is again celebrating the Academy Awards in style with a viewing party on Oscar night, Sunday, Feb. 24, at Hanna Boys Center.

  Doors open at 3:30 p.m. with a red carpet opening with a paparazzi photo crew for an afternoon of cocktails and rubbing elbows with the stars of Sonoma. The main television event will be presented on a 25-by-20-foot screen, complete with surround sound. Once again, a “quiet room” will be included in the festivities for those who want to watch the show away from the chatter of fellow guests.

  Indulge in delectable food paired with wines from Treasury Wine Estates and Gloria Ferrer Winery or sip on Hollywood cocktails.
