Youth soccer meeting, BGCSV hoops refs, bocce, pétanque

SONOMA VALLEY YOUTH Soccer Association is holding its annual general meeting, open to anyone interested in participating in the SVYSA, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. this Monday, Dec. 3, at the Sonoma Community Center, 276 E. Napa St., Sonoma.

 

BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS of Sonoma Valley need referees for their basketball leagues for boys and girls in third-through-eighth grades. Experience is preferred, and so are adult refs, but training is available and high school students are welcome to inquire. Referees are paid for each game. SONOMA BOCCE BALL Association recently ended its 2012 seasons of play in the Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday leagues. If you are interested in joining the SBBA – the annual membership cost is $20 a person – or for more details, call (John) 938-2101 or (Ginette) 935-3337.
