PrintWall-to-wall tasting rooms?

It seems to me that there is too much of a good thing going on in and around the Plaza. Namely, tasting rooms have mushroomed into 20-something and still counting. Would the Plaza and environs need 20-plus ice cream stores, or restaurants or bars or deli’s? I think not.
What has happened to the established stores like Eraldi’s or the Sign of the Bear? Will the Plaza become wall-to-wall tasting rooms? I hope not.

I am sick to death of all these tourists tasting wine and then they get into their cars and drive. In one day, I witnessed one child almost mowed down at the intersection of East Napa and Broadway, two cars making illegal U turns on Broadway, and not to mention took me over fifteen minutes to get fromm East napa to the high school. Really Sonoma, now it is a new hotel? Way to many tasting rooms for Gods sake can someone stand up for the residents who live and work here???
