Walking groups allowed in Vintage Fest parade

  This year the Valley of the Moon Vintage Festival is holding its first ever “Get Your Glow On” night parade. This exciting event will take place on Saturday night, Sept. 29, at 8 p.m. in the Sonoma Plaza. For safety reasons, it was initially decided that there would be no walking groups allowed.

  Since that decision was announced, there have been several individuals and community groups who have voiced support for allowing walking groups in the parade. After consultation with safety officials, the Valley of the Moon Vintage Festival parade committee has decided to allow walking groups to be part of this historic event.
