Treat signs with respect

Editor, Index-Tribune:

    

  On Saturday, Aug. 25, a sign for Susan Gorin for 1st District Supervisor was installed along Highway 12, with permission from the landowner. A few days later it was stolen.

  This is inexcusable in a democratic society and in our friendly community. We don’t want a repeat of the sign wars from the primary election. I plead with both sides to treat the campaigns and signs with respect.
