PrintToo many Plaza tasting rooms

It seems to me that there is too much of a good thing going on in and around the Plaza. Namely, tasting rooms have mushroomed into 20-something and still counting.
Would the Plaza and environs needs 20-plus ice cream stores, or restaurants or bars or delis? I think not.
What has happened to the established stores like Eraldi’s or the Sign of the Bear? Will the Plaza become wall-to-wall tastings rooms? I hope not.

Then all these wine tasters get into their cars and drive. I cannot believe some of the driving in this small town by tourists.
Then the tasters on bikes blow through stop signs! Horrors! Sounds like an early whine crush.
....geeze...this is getting to be the Whine Country!
