FeedSONOMA LIFE-Sonoma Muse 2012
We are a community of builders and as such we set off to partake in the Sonoma Community Center’s The Muse 2012 and honor Count Agoston Haraszthy’s 200th birthday.
The event took place at the beautifully restored Buena Vista Winery where our host and sponsor, Jean-Charles Boisset accompanied by a group of singers and musicians, welcomed us to join in the festivities. The purpose was to raise $100,000 to match the $100,000 challenge grant offered by Rotary Sonoma Valley and to remodel SCC Andrews Hall.
The magical night started with a glass of JCB sparkling wine, music by The Fil Lorenz Orchestra, a small silent auction and a sit-down dinner paired with Buena Vista wines. Followed by a fund-a-need request where guests were eager to participate and support the performing arts project. Lori and Rick Miron, Nicki Naylor (Alain Pinel Realtors), David Kerr and Rob Jones (Wine Country Group), John and Laura Benward, Bob and Carolyn Stone, and many others got to experience this musical and extraordinary event.
