SDC - someone should go to jail

  In response to your Dec. 14, front page article with regard to the Sonoma Developmental Center (SDC):

  SDC has 517 patients with a budget of $146 million.  We the taxpayers are paying $282,398.45 for each patient, all funded with borrowed Chinese money.  I am sure there are a lot of Sonoma residents willing to take in a patient or two at $250,000 each and save the government $32,000 or $64,000 a year.

  This looks like mismanagement and gross negligence.  Someone should go to jail. How about another report on that issue?
