Ramekins for the Fourth

Ramekins Culinary School and Event Center will host a festive Fourth of July barbecue that culminates with one of the best views of the fireworks in the Valley. The event gets going at 6:30 p.m.

  The evening includes live music and a gourmet barbecue that includes wood-fired pizzas, tri-tip, a variety of salads and strawberry shortcake. Kids can take part in the make-your-own-sundae bar and cookie decorating.

  The cost is $45 for adults, $22.50 for youth ages 12 to 18 and free for those under 12.
