Photography on display at Epicurean Connection

The Epicurean Connection will host photographer Mike Garlington, who will show his work at the shop.

  The opening reception will be held on Saturday, Oct. 6, from 6 to 8 p.m. at 122 W. Napa St.

  His work has been described as “David Lynch meets ‘Leave it to Beaver’” and has been purchased by Yale, Dartmouth and private collectors. Based in Northern California, he began shooting his own images while working at Spindler Photography, a lab in San Francisco.

  There is no cost to attend the reception.
