Steve Hansen looks for a book during the opening day of the library book sale Wednesday. The quarterly sale, hosted by the Friends of the Sonoma Valley Library, continues today, Friday, from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Sonoma Valley students through the 12th grade may select a free book. The library is located at 755 W. Napa St.
