Local performers come out for ‘Admiral Squeesh’

The Sebastiani Theatre presents “The Malevolent Mischief of Admiral Squeesh,” a hilarious and entertaining variety show led and organized by Sonoman Spencer Rank, a graduate student in fine arts, as a strategy to minimize his spiraling tuition costs at the elite Del Arte International School of Physical Theatre in Humboldt County. Show time is 7 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 27, at the Sebastiani Theatre, located in Sonoma at 476 First St. E.

  This delightful show will feature performances by Rank himself along with a number of other local aspiring dramatic artists, among them the talented vocalist/songwriter Sarah Summers, gorgeous belly dancer Nathalie Tedrick, musicians and multi-talented artists Nick Pimentel, Ryan Neilan, Delaney Brumme and Evan Kottle. 

  All are invited to join in the fun of the dramatic and humorous tale of Lonely Cowboy and Sunshine Princess is performed on the iconic Sebastiani Theatre stage.  Will Lonely Cowboy and Sunshine Princess triumph over the plotting of an evil mastermind seeking to “squeesh,” squash and otherwise squelch their love? Learn their fate as this dramatic saga unfolds – in a one-night-only show at the Sebastiani Theatre.

  Advance general seating tickets are $10 and will also be available at the door for $12. Additional donations are invited and welcomed.
