The Sonoma Valley Jazz Society brings the Wallace Latin Jazz Quintet, with special guest percussionist John Santos, during a concert on Saturday, Nov. 10, with doors opening at 6:30 p.m. in Andrews Hall at the Sonoma Community Center.

The quintet features Wayne Wallace on trombone, John Santos on timbales, Murray Low on piano, Colin Douglas on trap drums, David Belove on bass and Michaelle Goerlitz on congas.

The night will also include a buffet of Caribbean cuisine prepared by Wild Thyme Catering and a no-host bar. It will celebrate members and sponsors of the nonprofit Jazz Society, but is open to anyone interested in hearing the music and learning more about the society.

Tickets cost $25, but are free for members.

Tickets can be purchased at the door, online at sonomavalleyjazzsociety.org or by phone at 373-0700.
