Head-on collision

Four people were injured Tuesday morning when a head-on collision closed Highway 12 at Atwood Ranch at about 8:40 a.m. The California Highway Patrol reported there were major, but not life-threatening injuries. The road was closed between Dunbar Road and Arnold Drive for more than two hours. The cause is still under investigation.
