Gorin gets her vote

  Susan Gorin is getting my vote for 1st District Supervisor. Through her challenging term as Santa Rosa mayor, Susan has been dedicated to the people’s business. She listens and is effective. The direction of county government for the next decade or more will be in the balance. Will it be decided by three supervisors who represent the traditional county power-brokers, or by three serving the public interest?

  The General Plan Update for 2040 is coming up. Susan will make sure we protect our open spaces and continue the good plan in place environmentally for future generations. Or shall we look at more timberland going into corporate vineyards, gravel mining, destroying the Russian River and the small remaining fish habitat?

  Long-time City Councilmember, Steve Rabinowitsh, observed, “As Mayor, Susan was able to accomplish so much because she brought everyone to the table to solve problems. She guided the city through its worst fiscal crisis, balanced the budget and still saved essential services.”

  Susan Gorin is the right vote for Sonoma County and the 1st District.
