Getting City Hall ready

Darrel Jones, with D.E. Jones & Daughters, taking advantage of the calm before the storm Tuesday, replaced all the old lights that used to decorate City Hall with new strands of LED lights. Valley residents will have the opportunity to see the new lights when Santa makes his annual arrival at 5:30 p.m. today, Friday, Nov. 30.

What happened to Santa arriving the first Friday of DECEMBER??
