Free olive pruning workshop

B.R. Cohn Winery offers up an olive pruning workshop featuring the talents of Paul Vossen. On Friday, April 13, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. join Vossen as he discusses the ins and outs of olive pruning. There is no charge and check-in is in the tasting room.

  Vossen has been a member of the faculty of the University of California as a cooperative extension farm advisor since 1980. He has direct experience growing many specialty crops and works internationally as a private consultant in the field of specialty crops production. He is an expert in olive oil processing and sensory analysis and is currently the panel leader of the UC Cooperative Extension Olive Oil Research Taste Panel.
