Free olive curing demo set Sunday

 

B.R. Cohn Winery marks the Sonoma Valley Olive Season with a free home olive curing workshop featuring the talents of olive expert Don Landis on Sunday, Jan. 6, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

 During the event, Landis will talk about the history of the olive in California and offer a thorough description of the Greek style of olive curing with no lye. Olive tasting, wine tasting and wine discounts will be offered to all participants. Space is limited and reservations are required for this rain or shine workshop by calling 938-4064, ext. 124.

 B.R. Cohn Winery is located at 15000 Sonoma Highway 12 in Glen Ellen.
