First day

They’re not quite old enough to go to school, but that didn’t stop 4-year-old Lillian Terrell, left, and 3-year-old Noelle Thomas from looking through some books in Kristina Reguero Garrison’s first-grade classroom Wednesday at Flowery Elementary School. Both girls were there because they had siblings in the class and Wednesday was the first day of school for students in the Sonoma Valley Unified School District.
