Feast of the Olives takes place Saturday
The annual Feast of the Olives, a part of the three-month Season of the Olive, invites the top chefs across Sonoma Valley to pay homage to the fruit with a multi-course meal of all things olive.
The event takes place Saturday, Jan. 28, at Ramekins Culinary School.
During the event, 18 Sonoma Valley chefs, including Bruno Tison of the Michelin-starred Santé, Jeffrey Lloyd of Zagat-rated Café La Haye and John Toulze of the Girl and the Fig, will work in concert to create taste sensations that explore all aspects of the olives, from fruit to oil.
Past meals have featured dishes such as smoked olive oil, black olive ice cream and olives stuffed with blue cheese.

Tickets are $150 a person.
