Pacing the Dragon varsity boys were senior Chris Tose’s fifth-place in 17:32, and junior Christian Martinez’s eighth in 17:47.
The Sonoma jayvee boys were led vy senior Peter Gray’s seventh in 20:09; sophomore Ian Sloop’s ninth in 20:13; frosh Ty Haury’s 10th in 20:13; sophomore Return Bongiovanni’s 32nd in 23.19; and junior Bailey Zellers’ 35th in 23:44.
The tennis Lady Dragons, with a 7-4 record, hope to register an SCL third-place hold when they host El Molino in their league finale at 3:30 p.m. today at the high school courts.
Before today’s first match, Sonoma will honor its seniors, including Marissa Brooks, Jessica Johnston, Jessica Marioni, Regina Mellinger, Raquel Rios-Gomez, Anna Robles, Dolma Sherpa, Lindsey Slack and Francesca Stornaiuolo.
