In what’s bound to become a new holiday tradition, a group of Valley chefs are showing their love for the shelter animals. “Miracle on 8th Street” will take place Sunday, Dec. 9, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Ramekins Culinary School, Event Center and Inn.
Six of Sonoma’s top chefs will work together to create a sumptuous meal to benefit Pets Lifeline. The animal-loving chefs are Norm Owens of Hot Box Grill, Brian Jones of the Fig Café, Gaetano Patrinostros of Mama Tanino’s, John McReynolds of Stone Edge Farms, Ed Metcalfe of Shiso Sushi and Doug McFarland of Ramekins. The event’s title, “Miracle on 8th Street” is a reference to the shelter’s location at 19686 Eighth St. E and, of course, the classic holiday film “Miracle on 34th Street.”
Tickets are $125, or $150 for a VIP access that also includes an exclusive cooking class with the chefs prior to the meal.
To purchase tickets, go to petslifeline.org or call 996-4577, ext. 109.
Ramekins is located at 450 W. Spain St.
