David A. Diamond of Sonoma joins Napa law firm

Sonoma resident and Napa attorney David A. Diamond has joined the law firm of Hines & Carr, which will now practice under its new name, Hines Carr Diamond LLP.
The three-lawyer firm, which also includes partners David H. Hines and John L. Carr, has offices in Napa and San Francisco.
Diamond is a California State Bar certified specialist in estate planning, trust, and probate law. In addition to trusts and estates and related litigation, the firm’s practice includes business law, taxation, real estate, and bankruptcy. Prior to joining Hines Carr Diamond, Diamond was a shareholder with the Napa firm of Dickenson, Peatman & Fogarty.
