Consider exempting seniors from parcel tax

  In the past, I worked to help pass a parcel tax for schools for another Bay Area town with demographics similar to Sonoma. We reduced controversy by exempting seniors over a certain age from the parcel tax, which helped it to pass. If this parcel tax (Measure A) fails to pass, the Sonoma Valley Healthcare District may want to consider that solution.
