Concert for Cody set at Moose Lodge
Cody Cordellos
Cody Cordellos’ life has been difficult. He was born with epidermolysis bullosa, a rare and painful skin condition that causes his skin to blister as if covered with third degree burns.
Unable to work, and with just $600 a month in disability, he must rely on the kindness of the community to get by.
His friends and supporters are planning the fourth annual Concert for Cody on Saturday, Feb. 18, from noon to 5 p.m. at the Sonoma Valley Moose Lodge.
During the day, hear the music of the Scallywags, JoyRide, Phillip Herschaft and Friends, Mike Barnes and Bario Disco and the Whiskey Thieves. The family-friendly event also includes a barbecue and a horse show tournament.
Tickets are $10 and available at the door. All proceeds will go to Cody’s trust to cover daily living expenses.
For more information on Cody, visit thebutterflyfund.org. The Butterfly Fund is a Valley-based nonprofit that aids families dealing with chronic or life-changing illnesses. Checks can also be sent in Cody’s name to The Butterfly Fund, P.O. Box 235, El Verano, CA 95433 (put “Cody” in the memo line).
The Moose Lodge is located at 20580 Broadway, Sonoma.
