Christopher “Chris” Michael Sheldon

 Christopher “Chris” Michael Sheldon, 38, suddenly passed away in Pollock Pines, CA on December 12, 2012. Chris was born on May 15, 1974 in Sacramento to his parents, Diana Higgins and John Sheldon. He was a longtime resident of Sonoma and was currently enrolled at the Folsom JC College. Chris joined the Iron Workers Union in 2006 where he helped build high rise buildings in the East Bay. He loved to fish, camp, fly his airplane, spend time with his children and just enjoy the outdoors.
  Chris is survived by his wife, Colleen, who is the mother of his two sons, Ryan and Chris Jr., and daughter, Hanna; daughter, Emily, who is the daughter of Rachel Sheppard. He is also survived by his sister, Kathy Sheldon-Zaldivar and brother-in-law, Bruce Richards; uncle to Anna, Alex, Javier and Elena; great-uncle to May Kayla and Mathew; nephew of Dan, John, Gary Lombard and Liz Coker.
  Friends and Family are invited to attend a celebration of Chris’ life on Monday, January 7, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Duggan’s Mission Chapel in Sonoma. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a Trust for his surviving children at the US Bank ”Christopher Sheldon Donation Account.” Inquires can made to Duggan’s Mission Chapel, located at 525 W.
