Ask employees about Mather

  I think that the board who will be evaluating Kelly Mather should look into asking the employees at SVH how they feel Mrs. Mather is doing as CEO. I think it will give the board something extra to go by in making their decision on extending her contract. I believe the board and the community will be surprised at what the employees have to say about her. I also believe the community should be the ones evaluating her, NOT the board.
