VALLEY OF THE Moon Pétanque Club, which plays at the Henri Maysonnave Memorial Courts in Sonoma’s Depot Park, continues to offer events on both the west and east coasts for its members to partake, including this Sunday’s, Aug. 19, first annual Lamorinda Cup Tournament. The Wine Country Classic in remembrance of Tino Lofaro takes place Sunday, Aug. 26, with the New York Pétanque Club select doubles also being held on Sunday, Aug. 26, followed by the Emile Furlan Memorial Tournament the weekend of Sept. 1 and 2.
