Work almost complete

Motorists going up First Street West north of Spain Street won't have to put up with one-way traffic and some delays too much longer. Since early April, PG&E has been tearing up the street in order to replace 1,500 feet of four-inch plastic gas line. PG&E officials said the work is almost finished and should be completed by May 12 at the latest.
