Wesley Monsen

Wesley Monsen, 89 years old, died peacefully on May 2, 2011, in Rocklin.

Wes was the son of Alaskan pilot Alf Monsen and had his own long career in commercial aviation. He retired from Pan Am in 1982 after 38 years.

He was married to the late Mary Beth Monsen and is survived by three of his six children, Douglas, Susan and Chris. He was the cherished by his nine grandchildren.

A memorial donation may be made to the Alaskan Conservation Foundation.
